The renter is always the responsible driver, too. Therefore, we need an ID card, a valid driving license (from an EU member state or an international driving licence) and a valid credit card.

The rent concludes:

• the use of the rented vehicle by the renter for the rental period
• the free kilometres allocated to the selected vehicle
• the insurance in accordance with our terms and conditions

The fuel consumption is not included, so before returning the vehicle, the tank must be refilled according to the quantity at the time of delivery.

Basically, only the renter is allowed to drive the vehicle.

The surcharge for each additional driver is €10.00/day for all rental vehicles except the Audi RS3 Sportback (€20.00/day) or the Audi RS6 Avant (30,00 €/day).

Travels to certain countries other than Italy are covered by the vehicle insurance and therefore are no problem. These countries are: Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Monaco, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Croatia.

If you are planning to travel to a country that is not part of that list, please contact us beforehand.

If you contact us 24 hours before drop off - no problem. Please note, though, that the rate may change if the actual rental period is shortened.

You can pay by credit card, ATM, cash or prepayment.

No problem on the basis of prior arrangement. Within the area of Brunico delivery and pick-up will be even free of charge.

Delivery and pick-up at other locations are possible for an additional fee.
